The Secret Sauce of Downsizing, is different than my other books because it is a compilation effort. I asked five of my professional friends to add their expertise to this book as a collaboration because there are so many aspects of downsizing that need to be discussed.
Downsizing and living with less stuff can be a scary thought, especially for those of us that grew up with “more is better.” Let’s face it---we love our stuff. However, there comes a time when there is a reason or a season of our life that will dictate the necessity for change.
The Secret Sauce of Downsizing covers soup to nuts with experts who will share their recipes for the best ways to deal with this multifaceted, and sometimes complicated process of downsizing. With over 300,000 items in the average American home (LA Times), many people are surrounded in overwhelm.
The Secret Sauce of Downsizing addresses the physical, social-emotional, and spiritual process of letting go of stuff. Sound scary and exciting at the same time? Let’s take a look at how The Secret Sauce of Downsizing is more than just throwing stuff away and deals with the challenging process of downsizing, and creating a whole new chapter in your life.
Especially designed for those who are +55 and better, The Secret Sauce of Downsizing is also geared to help people no matter what age.
